Meditation is so beneficial in my opinion, I love just nice nature sounds playing quietly and a pillow to sit on. Start off small with just 5 minutes and work your way up!

You have to focus. I focus on goals - smaller or bigger. It can be just eating something or taking a bath on bad days and finishing lots of work on others. But a goal and focus are key. Do lots of notes, but mostly neutral emotionally and some to remember things. Checklists help. Chop you're time - take it week by week, day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute at a time. Progress has to matter to YOU ONLY.

I go for a walk every day. I try to be really in the moment, experiencing it, paying attention to the beauty (and not focusing on the potential dangers like my mind wants me to). It stretches out my aches and pains and gets me motivated.

Write something positive/happy/funny on a piece of paper for the day and stick it in a jar. By the end of the year there is at least one good thing to reflect on from each and every day.

It's hard! I changed my perspective. Instead of wallowing in self-pity, I realized that it's all a test! Most recently, a test about controlling my emotions when things happens that's out of my control. I'm on the best side of it today which I’m proud of. However I have been in the victim role previously & throwing pity parties. Being mindful is realizing your own flaws & transforming them.

I have been using the Calm app to do a 10 minute meditation each day. I have a reminder set so I remember to give myself that time every day. Been doing pretty well this week at keeping at it.
