Daily 2018 practice: Once I get home after work I light a candle on my meditation altar. I also light some beautiful lanterns and my Himalaya salt lamp. This practice is keeping me grounded specially when I want to revisit past memories that can’t be redone

I started praying each morning. I'm not religious but I say what I'm grateful for and what I hope to achieve and by doing so I give myself extra reason to be positive and look forward to the future. It helps!
