As soon as I get an anxious thought I immediately think "It's just a thought that's passing by. Watch it come and go." Just thinking that calms me down so much. Stay mindful people. It helps.

Everyday, starting today, I am going to write down 1 thing that made me happy during my day and put it in a jar. I call it my "365 Days Of Joy". Then I will open the jar on January 1st, 2019 to reminisce the joy that I had throughout the year.

Right before sleeping I ask myself "What makes you anxious about tomorrow?" I do the pros and cons and I try be positive by thinking "what can I do better?"

Look for things that seem positive (like tonight’s full moon). If you look for the positive things in the everyday world, it helps your mindset- definitely a lot more than focusing on negatives!

I just went though my Instagram and un followed more than 600 people including all the 'populars' at my school who seam to bring me a lot of pain. I have honestly never felt so empowered! Snap chat and Facebook next !!!

Expressing my feelings in the form of status posts like this is empowering me more than I ever know. I was never one to use status update on other platforms of social media fearing judgement and not getting validation. But Pacifica is a safe space. It’s amazing. I’m growing stronger. ❤️

When I have to eat food I try to Just tell myself “ eating is a healthy part of life that is here to help you “ and honestly it’s been helping cause it’s now been two weeks and three days since I last purged .

I light a candle every day at the prayer table. Write a bit in my journal, not words of mine, but Words of His, copied out, like writing them with my hand can shape my hand, can shape a life. These are simple practices, life-giving habits.

My brother gave me a cool new journal called, “I’m Kind of Awesome”. It’s an Inner-Truth Journal published by KnockKnock. Great quotes thru-out & lots of space to use my colored pens to uplift myself.

I stay mindful by writing a journal and by using this app. I say to myself every morning that "today's a new day" and I try to live it to the fullest. Ever since I started using this app, my grades and happiness have improved greatly :)

I try to stay mindful by making sure the words that I say matter. Choosing words carefully can seem like a pain sometimes, but is better than blabbing anything.

When I’m having a panic or anxiety attack, I ask myself three questions. 1) What is the problem? 2) What is the worst that could happen? 3) What am I going to do about it? This helps to ground me, and create a plan of action - which always calms me.
