Mindfulness Meditations for Stress Relief

I pray, sometimes i cry and i dont know why and othertimes try to find words to express how i feel and put it on paper because bottling it is never healthy. Use pain to create something beautiful and just remember other people out there experience what u do!

I remind myself that ‘normal’ is an abstract concept that means something different to every individual. It’s subjective, so I should never compare myself to someone else and think I’m not normal

I was told that walking and breathing were the best things to do when anxiety hits. I find they're also great ways to stay mindful. Deep belly breathing, or going for a walk in the woods, are great for keeping me in the present moment.

Sometimes I deserve to be left alone in any moment, to observe the world without emotions. Watch and see what happens. I can chose to be emotionally disconnected from the whirls around me. I am the stable point. I decide.

After I started reading amd watching YouTube videos about self-esteem and subconscious thoughts and beliefs, I have e started noticing better how my mind is working, and what I am thinking about beneath the surface. Now when I feel a negative emotion "for no reason" I can trace it back to a subconscious thought.

Guided meditations help me a lot. I think during our lives we (and other people) told ourselves/us negative things and thoughts. Daily meditations go against those voices inside us, building something calmer and positive, lighting inside us.

Stay mindful is right now, sitting on a cushion outside my home, evening is coming and I can hear sound around me changing from the afternoon to the evening. Just stay outside in silence enjoying the moment from night to morning, and from afternoon to night.

I meditate for at least 3 min every morning before I start my day and anytime I have a shift in my day (ie work to school or school to home). It helps my day seem broken up and less overwhelming!
