I often choose one subject in my life for "cleaning up". It can be everything, from bookshelf rearrangement to deleting old messages. I also like giving away things that someone needs more than me.

I try to keep up with my house. Clean environment helps with a clearer mind. Breathing exercises throughout the day. Remind myself of my day and realize how grateful and appreciative i am for my life.

I realized today that I invest myself too much into people. I empty myself and I wonder why I feel empty. Sometimes it's okay to invest into yourself. You only have one life. Make your own descions and be confident in what you want. Don't let people change who you are or how you see yourself. You're strong, funny, and unique in your own way. So don't give up on yourself
