I make lists. They help me stay focused and aware. I don't have to feel like I'm forgetting the important stuff, I don't have to lose sight of the present moment. Listing things relieves anxiety bc it puts life into perspective.

I want to focus only on taking the next step. Maybe I have 99 tasks to complete but in this moment, all I can do is finish the one before me. After that, I'll finish the next one. And soon, I'll be finished with all of them. But it begins with the first step.

At work, I have learned to tackle one task at a time. At first I was trying to tackle a million tasks at once!! Multitasking is no longer the status quo!

I am staying mindful by making a list of tasks I need to accomplish and checking them off as I can. When I begin to feel anxious I remind myself of the many times things went smoothly.
