It's a good reminder to stay content. People are constantly wanting more in life but if u can remember to be content with what u have it makes life so much better and leads to a lot of inner peace

"Be right here, right now." I'm constantly pulling myself into my moments. I can only be in this moment and I can only do the next right thing. Being too far in the future = anxiety, being too far in the past = depression, be in the now and you are being mindful.
