Realising that feeling complete ...100% positive isn't possible ever. People that seem healthy just don't jump on that train of thoughts that lead to Frustrationland, to Blamemyself-Land, to Fight-Others-For-No-Reason-Land, to Sadnesscountry or to Fear-Shame-And-Guilt-Beach. They get off it or just watch it passing by.

Taking quiet time alone. Expanding my vision beyond my tunnel vision and observing the tunnel, questioning its purpose. That leads to me feeling like an ocean observing its waves, then to observing that I'm a tiny wave in an infinite ocean. Then I give the tunnel a purpose to focus on and get things done.

Whenever I feel frustrated I visualize an empty room and fill it with my stressors...then I turn off the light. Buys me enough time to cool off and try another approach.

I try to stop and talk to myself to remind myself what I'm feeling will pass and I'm really okay then I'll think of a happy thought like my cute cats.

I think that meditating really helps. For me I usually put on some meditation music (you can find it on YouTube or Spotify) and I lay down. I try to relax every muscle in my body. I start from my toes and work my way up to my head. It really helps me to be in a peaceful state of mind and not be anxious. I encourage people to try it because it is a great strategy for when you need to focus or just relax. Plus it helps me fall asleep when I'm tossing and turning.
