I'm feeling pretty great, I showered when I woke up, had my blueberries, meditated, exercised and even painted. I wish everyday was this nice. I will make this a habit for my own well being

Instead of hanging onto feelings of resentment or hate towards people I have conflicts with I've started thanking them for teaching me important lessons about myself and life. Even if the lesson is just "I don't stand for that kind of behavior" or "I don't want people with that kind of attitude in my life." Then I can be more positive and let go instead of hanging onto what doesn't serve me.

I stay mindful each day by dealing with what is going on at the moment. I also ask myself, "What do I want to do this hour?" That keeps things fresh and relaxing as well as being mindful.

Sometimes cleaning helps me stay mindful. It can get too easy to take your home for granted, and just set things down to deal with them later. I've got a horrible habit of doing that.

I try to do mindful breathing every day, and go to a yoga class several times a week.

Today, was a good day. I'm grateful. I'm also trying to be in the moment; to feel this unfamiliar feeling of not having anxiety. It's a good feeling altho it gives me worry that it won't last very long. For now, it's kind of nice. 🙂

I keep a miniature notebook with me and jot down thoughts. Sometimes it's frustrated, worried thoughts that I can't stop thinking about; writing them down allows me to put them away and give myself a break from obsessing. Other times, it's positive reinforcement for myself.

I remind myself of one thing beautiful. Like how big the universe is,how beautiful the sky with the stars and the moon,wet grass on a shiny day,the rainbows,the nothern lights,the smell of rain and morning coffee..How mysterious and challenging yet worth doing is staying alive to live all that and feel everything you possibly can and chase your dreams whatever those are. Life is still so beautiful
