I've been using an app called Aura. They offer meditations that correspond to your mood, and the voices are so relaxing. It's been a great compliment to this app.

I set reminders on my phone to check in with myself four times a day. If I'm tense or not doing well, I pause, and do a three to five minute Mindfulness practice. I also seriously try to take in and be considerate of the environment around me.

I have discovered that it is far easier to fall at my young age of 74 than it was at my younger ages of 24, 44 and even 64. So now, when I am taking a walk, I have to stay in the moment, watching where I am going, not letting my mind wander.
