At the beginning of each day I choose a color. I then notice this color throughout my day. It helps to slow me down and take in the beauty of my surroundings while calming my busy mind. Noticing the little things in life is important and this is an easy way to do that! ๐Ÿ˜Š

I have a calendar notebook beside my bed, and every night before I go to sleep, I write down the positive things that I have achieved that day. Even simple things like 'ate breakfast', 'showered', 'talked to my friend' are all achievements you could write down and acknowledge you accomplished that day. It's a good way to get you to think about how your day actually went.

Today I'm making an effort to stay in the moment. Most days I dread what's next & procrastinate a lot. Doing mindfulness exercises is helping me concentrate on the moment & complete each task. PS trees moving in the wind are just beautiful today!

Stop for a minute and look at what's bothering me. Acknowledge it, don'tโ€‹ judge myself, and just let it be. Things will be alright.

I build mindfulness into mundane tasks. I taste the toothpaste when I brush my teeth and feel the sheets against my skin when I lay in bed.

I know this is kinda different, but I love astrology. It's really interesting, and I love discovering things about myself through my natal chart. I don't really know if I believe in the practice itself, but using it helps me believe things about who I am as a person.

I'm mostly mindful when outside or travelling- these are the only times in my day I really stop to look at my surroundings and breathe

I think I have cried more than enough..I have forgiven more than enough..and it's the right time for me not to hold it anymore..I will try to let it go..I will not be a pitied person anymore..it's time to end it all..

I stay mindful using the help of Pacifica which is integrated with my Apple Health. I regularly take a minute deep breaths in the morning and when I get home in the evening. Before going to sleep, I take 5 minutes to relax in soothing soundscapes.
