I visualize a beautiful river, and whenever a thought comes up, I simply acknowledge it, place it on a leaf, and put it in the river, watch it float away, then go back to mindfully focusing on the river. Each time I do the exercise, the imagery becomes more and more vivid, and the river serves as my "happy place" I can go to whenever I need to.

I do mindful cuddling with my cat. He likes to snuggle so I focus on his soft fur, purring, warmth and smell. I don't do anything else at the time, just focus on all my senses and enjoying the quiet moment.

I sometimes just sit and get lost in the seconds. The quiet creaks of the house, the air kicking on, I look around the room and I observe. I take a step out of my own life for a moment and just notice it, and then I realize how I feel in that moment. Where I stand, all the struggles I've faced, how lucky I am, how strong I am, and the love and life all around me.

I try to pray and keep in mind what my therapist tell me in my session about trying too turn all my negative thinking into positive or how can i make them positive ones so i try do follow those lessons I haven't arrived yet but between her And this app i am well on my way ๐Ÿ˜‡
