Positive affirmations sound super cheesy but are extremely helpful when it comes to combatting both anxiety and negative self-talk. Some of my favourites as of late are: "I am safe", "I am valid", "my size does not define me", "I am enough", "I am here", and "I am okay".

Each step, minute, goal, activity I want to focus on, and not think about the next thing to do or the last thing I did. Each piece of time is to be completed for its own sake. One foot in front of the next.

I practice being in the moment and just feeling and observing when I'm having a shower, going for a run, walking to class. Appreciating the little things that are happen right then and there.

Taking a bath with Epsom salts and lavender every day . I listen to a guided mediation while I'm in the bath which is really helpful
