I always remember that iam a strong woman. I went through so many things and if it happens again, i can stay stable against it. Because i know how solve problems. Once you learned it you will never forget it.

Focus on your thoughts and feelings. Why are you upset? How can you solve it. Write it down. That is what i do when i am anxious.

I have a dry erase board I walk by a thousand times a day. I'm going to use it to put positive thoughts or quotes to remind myself there is something to be positive about

When someone is mean to me, I try to think that person might have stuff going on in their own lives or be having a bad day and taking their emotions out on someone else. This helps me not to get upset or take things personally.

i try to look at very tiny details. noticing how you can see tiny little threads that make up your clothes, how the lines on a paper are a little jagged, how a blade of grass has little lines in it, how a cloud has all those tiny little details. little things that make you think
