Just stop everything you're doing and listen to the sounds around you , look at everything that surrounds you , ask yourself how you are feeling

You can't rely on others to make you happy, you have to take care of yourself. Let go of your worries and move on with your day. 🎈

Anyone else feeling like an old soul? Like you shouldn't have been born in this time period? Me and my mom feel this way all the time. Like we don't belong. Our values, our ideas, our hearts are from another place another time. Can anyone relate?

I live in the moment. I try I be in the now. Appreciate the moment that I am 100% sure of which is this very second.

When someone is mean to me, I try to think that person might have stuff going on in their own lives or be having a bad day and taking their emotions out on someone else. This helps me not to get upset or take things personally.

I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired. I hate that I keep coming back to this place where I'm unhappy, and I hate this loop that keeps getting bandaged up by temporary fixes. Today, I'm going to live for me. My first goal: get enough sleep.
