You are not your thoughts. You are strong and healthy and intelligent😃 You will find your way out of anxiety. You just have to be comfortable with your doubtful thoughts. Write them down, then challenge them. Prove to yourself that it is possible and nothing is impossible. Remember that if sometimes is true something must be false and vice versa. Please don't ever give up there is really so much to learn about yourself. I love you stop being hard on yourself no1 is perfect

Close your eyes and take deep breaths. Imagine yourself breathing in a bright light (represents peace) and breathing out black smoke (representing negativity). Then open your eyes and find one beautiful thing to appreciate!

Just cry. When you're finished, cry some more. Take in all of the thoughts running through your head when you're feeling sad, but also do this whenever you're at your happiest point of the day. Whenever I'm sad, I just remember whatever the happiest point of my day was and that if I'm given a tomorrow, I'll also be given a highlight of my day. Whether it be my dog comforting my sadness or something major, it happened

Every morning I go in my backyard and stand there inhaling and exhaling. Clean air early in the a.m is good.

You are worthy. Worthy of anything you want; love, friendship, greatness. You are worthy of it all.

I've spent a lot of time pretending that I'm ok, I'm only just coming to terms with the fact I'm not in the last few weeks. Ive not been for a long time but I've pretended I am. I've found that not putting on an act has actually helped me feel less isolated and has allowed me to actually come to terms with what's going on. It doesn't mean I break down or tell people I'm not ok, it just lets me feel like myself, and now I know it's ok to feel like myself...

Every time I wash my hands, I clear my thoughts and just feel the warm water, smell the soap, and enjoy the moment. And I work in caregiving job, so I wash my hands a lot!

I've been struggling with so many negative thoughts about being alone and worthless. My best way to get through the day without giving in to sleeping is to just check in mindfully with myself every hour or so...see how I'm feeling and understand it changes. And I just need to focus on one moment at a time.

I always pause in between things. If I drive to do errands, I pause every time I get to the car. I sit there, close my eyes, take a few deep breathers and lean back for more than a minute. It separates and divides each errand/task so that I don't feel overwhelmed. And plus I pay attention to sounds around me

Feel your body from the inside out and realize you are a soul with a body not a body with a soul.

Sometimes I listen, really listen to what people in my classes say. I think about why each person made that statement and where they're coming from. I try to stay quiet and give everyone a chance to express themselves but I always end up talking. Sometimes I feel dumb when I talk because I know the other students aren't thinking about what I say like I think about what they say.

I like to meditate, or do yoga. It rids my mind of the nasty thoughts I have sometimes. But even sometimes, my mind takes over me. I need to get better with controlling my mind.

I pause and stop what I am doing for a moment, and I focus on the present. I look around me and see what is going on. Then I take a few deep breaths and go back to work! :)

Working on my mindfullness. I think I'm going to mindfully make a bracelet and meditate mindful thoughts into it and everytime I see it on my wrist, make myself pause and be mindful. Instill those mindful habits.
