I keep hearing from different places (movies, songs, books, etc.) That nothing is ever about yourself, always make sure the people around you are happy as well as yourself! :)

My self-esteem is a work in progress. One thing I've noticed about myself is I can freely give out compliments to other people but when it comes to myself, I stop. So when I have those really crappy days for instance when I don't look half decent, after I've crying my eyes out etc, I look in the mirror and throw myself a compliment. It could be "Damn. You like REAL pretty today" or "OH MY GOD. You're so beautiful". In those few utterances, my spirit rises up again.

i always think about how grateful and how lucky i am to be in this world. kinda cliche but to know that every day i wake up. so far. and i know one day i won't wake up, but that's in the future so i have to think bout the present.
