Today I went to the park to practice being mindful. Made myself not bring my earbuds so I wouldn't listen to music, but just enjoy the calmness of the outdoors & listen to the sounds around me & look at the beautiful surroundings & clear sky. It felt really good. Next time I go I want to embrace my inner child & just swing on the swing set for a while. 💕

I take a few minutes and recognize the sounds around me. I also use grounding techniques to notice and naming what is in my presence.

One day my dad told me the story of how him and my mom met, apparently they bumped into each other three times that day before she ended up in his building and he invited her to his apartment. Anyway whenever I feel worthless I just think about how much God wanted me to be here that he made my parents cross paths three times in one day. The thought that makes me feel like my life has worth and purpose and that I'm loved.

So...I can't show emotions I don't know why i want to show I'm not a cold person and i have feelings i want to show that im sorry they went threw that or Im angry they had to see that the only emotion i can show is being happy its not like im always happy no its because of the many times i faked being happy my other emotions show when im alone I become sad and start crying it's the only time i can show my ugly side im not a heartless person I just got used to fake my emotions
