Today I stayed mindful by taking a walk on a new trail that is not often walked. It was peaceful, serene, and I loved hearing all the different sounds of nature. I stayed mindful but just being in the moment.

I can't even answer this. My ADD/ADHD always cause my efforts to fall through...I love myself but sometimes it is very hard to BE myself, if you know what I mean. My ultimate goal is to ALWAYS be mindful...all suggestions are welcome!! :-)
