Mindfulness Meditations for Stress Relief

Whenever I feel sad, anxious, or simply negative, I stop and I think of something calm: A tree, the stars, a river. And I put myself in that place, imagine all the senses I could experience. I remember that there is more to this world than my problems, and I will be just fine because no matter what happens to me, the stars will always shine and the sun will always rise.

Sometimes we get so into our own heads and don't see all the little things around us. Humans,the nature, animals, food, water; every little detail of life is pure beauty and joy and I am thankful to be alive .

Focus on the beauty of the natural world. From the breathtaking views of national parks to the rainforests of the wild. It's amazing how biologically beautiful they are, the lives that are contained within them as well as the contrast of different biomes. Take it in, take a breath, the scenery isn't just for desktop backgrounds.

I remind myself how lucky I am to have the things I have in life. It makes me appreciate things more and also makes me happy. When I'm at work or in public and I make more happy comments about others rather than thinking the bad. Even handing out a compliment feels great.

I like to focus on different body parts and my breathing, sounds weird but when my anxiety is high it's nice to be focusing on just the wind on my shoulder for example

Sense I have a lot of issues on how I view my body I like to use snap chat and send all my selfies for 1 second and I will progressively work my way up to 10 seconds
