I try my best to remember that, even when I find it the most difficult to believe, I am not alone. I have amazing support from my friends and family that is genuine and heartfelt, not a product of pity or selfishness. They care about me and do what they can to help me because they care about me, not because they want me to stop whining or to get me to shut up.

Volunteering to help with something- as big as animal shelter or as small as doing the dishes- helps me stay mindful of everyone else in the world. I also tend to learn a few things when I help out. :)

I'm categorizing my moodiness in the mornings as just morning grumpiness. No biggie. I am learning to manage my emotions again. Some people need their coffee. I need my run. Others need meditation. What do you guys do to start your day right?

ADVICE PLEASE ❤️ I've started doing yoga, and I'm doing a class later, but it's longer than normal and the room will be way hotter. I get overheated really easily and could even pass out. Any advice on how to stay well?
