I've recently started meditating- no matter what state I am in when I begin, when I am finished I feel more even, rational, and self-aware. Sometimes my anxiety and depression cause me to overanalyze things in my mind, and meditation seems to untangle the mess a little.

I think it's rlly important to just take a few moments out my day to look around and say thank you to God for being able to see, smell and all that stuff. And to remember to stay present and make a change in someone's day for the good.

I try to remember that God has gotten me through some really traumatic times so if He can get me through those then He will certainly get me through today. Also I try to embrace each moment I have on this earth and try to make sure im not taking every minute for granted.

Going to school today means getting good grades. Going to college soon means getting good jobs (or your dream job). Getting good jobs or your dream job means getting good pay and happiness. Getting good pay and happiness means getting to do what you want to do. Getting to do what you want to do whilst being happy means you have fun. It's all worth it.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
