Sometimes I just look at the sky for a few mins. The colour of it, the clouds, sun or stars and imagine what it would be like to fly through it. Think about all the other people all over the world also looking up at the sky at this moment. Then I feel calm and don't feel so alone

If its icky out and I'm feeling a bit antsy/on the verge of feeling some anxiety, I go for a drive. I don't always have a destination in mind, but it's nice to just sing to the radio and be away from everything. I think driving also helps you feel more in control, which can be helpful for some people.

Unplug the headphones and put away the phone. Actually listen to the world rather than shut it out. I walk in the woods daily and don't touch my phone even to take an opportune photo--I enjoy the moment for what it is.

At night I like to take a piece of paper and write my concerns down. Then I'll hold it up to the moon and then burn the paper. The weight of my heart is easier to bear then

I walk around different quiet places. A botanical garden, a lake, the woods, even a cemetery can be peaceful and make you feel lucky to be alive.

I've now had positive thoughts. I'm now thinking about my studies. I feel much better after 8 days. I've also watched these fun videos and they helped me to feel good and stay out of my comfort zone.
