Get off your phone while you drink your tea. Eat your breakfast. Walk places. Look around you. Breathe in. Take it in.

Sometimes I just look at the sky for a few mins. The colour of it, the clouds, sun or stars and imagine what it would be like to fly through it. Think about all the other people all over the world also looking up at the sky at this moment. Then I feel calm and don't feel so alone

Everything happens for a reason, it's the golden ratio, scientifically proven. Don't beat yourself up for something that's happened and remember happiness is at your fingertips, don't let yourself feel down ✨✨

If its icky out and I'm feeling a bit antsy/on the verge of feeling some anxiety, I go for a drive. I don't always have a destination in mind, but it's nice to just sing to the radio and be away from everything. I think driving also helps you feel more in control, which can be helpful for some people.

Unplug the headphones and put away the phone. Actually listen to the world rather than shut it out. I walk in the woods daily and don't touch my phone even to take an opportune photo--I enjoy the moment for what it is.

At night I like to take a piece of paper and write my concerns down. Then I'll hold it up to the moon and then burn the paper. The weight of my heart is easier to bear then

Spending time in nature, whenever I can, reminds me of the beauty and grace of God's creations.

I walk around different quiet places. A botanical garden, a lake, the woods, even a cemetery can be peaceful and make you feel lucky to be alive.

I spend at least and hour a day just drawing. Nothing specific but it helps me to stay relaxed and helps me calm down

We're all on our own journey. Today I have much respect for everyone around me. My mindset is slowly maturing and I am realizing how we must all be struggling with something.

I stay mindful by just staying quiet... Meditation isn't really my jam, so just sitting and living is good enough for me.

I've now had positive thoughts. I'm now thinking about my studies. I feel much better after 8 days. I've also watched these fun videos and they helped me to feel good and stay out of my comfort zone.

I'm now thinking about going on holidays. Also I've gone back to the sights and sounds thing. Which is listening to the call of nature.
