I try to give my self one compliment every night. The only person I have to impress is myself.

If someone hurt my feelings I try and think a year ahead and ask myself if i will still care about it, if not I just let it go.

I remind myself how lucky I am to have had a liver transplant ( which saved my life ). Because of a stranger who unfortunately passed away, generously donated their organs and probably saved several lives.

I try to remember that life is constantly changing. So whenever I'm going through dark times, I try to imagine that my life will change one day and I'll be okay again.

If you get stuck ruminating in the same thoughts again & again remember it takes 5 minutes of distraction to break the cycle. When I feel myself ruminating and can't let it go I do a sudoku puzzle because I can completely focus on it for a little while.

I always remind myself that life is hard and no one ever said it would be easy, so no matter what happens you'll always get through it if you try and I am trying.

How can you be upset on such a lovely day? Go outside, look at the sunset. Let the wind brush against your skin. Feel alive

I started trying to think about how things are most likely to go. Most things in life are uneventful, not super good or bad, and I can handle them. It keeps me from freaking out and thinking the worst case scenerio is going to happen.

I want all of you to know, that no matter what you are Great. Move on to the future. You are here right now because you are meant to have a future. Make the most of it :) Nobody is going to love you like yourself. It all starts with you. Self-love will take you far. Helped me stopped blaming myself so much...loving myself really helped me see what I deserve. Little by little. Don't stop trying. Trust me, you'll get there. 🌗♥️

Sometimes At the end of the day when my child is fast asleep. I stand over her looking at her sleep and reminds me why I have to get it together and affirms me that everything will be okay. I smile, I cry and I say a special prayer to God for her. When I do this I go to bed feeling assured that everything "will" be okay and I feel so incredibly blessed.

My allergies have been out of control lately and I have been pretty tired. Being tried usually causes my anxiety to elevate, but gave myself a pep talk this morning, saying that it's ok to be tried and a bit cranky, but that doesn't mean anxiety has to follow!

I try to remind myself that everything happens for a reason. Just because someone doesn't care about you any more and tells you that you can't do it doesn't mean you have to listen. The more people that say that to you is the more people you can impress and tell them "I told you so." All of this is worth it because that moment will feel great, you can prove them all wrong.

It's okay to have a breakdown and throw fits and throw stuff around. It's okay to get angry mad and jelous. It's okay to get upset. It's okay to be sick of it all. It's okay to not be okay, but it's not okay to give up!

If I'm feeling low I try living just in the moment, try to put worries or bad thought out of my head and just concentrate on the next ten minutes.
