I make sure to laugh as much as possible throughout the day, and list what I'm grateful for even if it's just the air in my lungs.

I like to focus on the beautiful but little things in life, like that stranger's smile or a baby's laugh or the pink flowers in the trees or the way someone completely lights up when they're telling you about something they love.

Before I start my day - before my feet even touch the floor - I think of at least 3 things to be grateful for.

I've started writing down three good things either about myself in general or good things I did during the day right before bed. I then read them when I wake up. It definitely helps with confidence.

I drink at least 5 cups of green tea a day, and when I drink my tea, I cuddle up and watch a favorite tv show or I read a book. It helps with the relaxation process

When I'm sad I remember the nicest thing some body has done for me and I feel grateful. When I'm frustrated I think of something huge I accomplished. When I'm mad I think of the time I laughed the hardest.

Try not to control and stress over a situation. I am just letting it be, just letting it go

Smile at everyone. I always try to be mindful of others, and what they may be going through. Smiling at them, or giving a compliment might put a smile on their face and it'll be worth it.

I try to wake up thankful for what I have instead of disappointed with what I don't have. It doesn't always work but like anything else you have to practice every day!

I try to focus on our small dogs. I spend time in bed with them and contemplate life as they see it, in the moment. A scratch behind the ear. A warm spot next to the pillow. Food in the belly. Nothing before. Nothing to follow.

I make vision boards a few times a year. Also, I am using Angel cards to set a positive intention at the beginning of each day. I found a great angel card app. I also am using a meditation app.
