I block out the world for a couple minutes, I turn off notifications, I turn out the lights and close my blind, I put my headphones in and turn my music up really loud, I play a song I know really well so all I can think is of those lyrics

I think there's a lot of importance in being comfortable with yourself when you are alone, because from that you can find more self acceptance and self love 💕

Touch your feet and nose to remind yourself that you have a physical form, you take up space, you have mass, and that means you matter! ❤️ (get itttt?)

I like to turn off all of my lights and light an incense. (If you don't know what an incense is, it's something you light and it lets off smoke that makes the room smell amazing and helps anxiety and depression) I also play some calm quiet music and close my eyes, and take deep breaths. Sometimes I light a candle too.

Being reminded by nature that humans are only a part of this earth, and the earth has dominance over us instead of the other way around.

Today I stayed mindful for a moment by watching my dog play with his toys and just seeing how content he was. He brought me back to the present.

Normally if I look good,, I feel good. I just get very confident if I feel flawless. If I ever feel bad I just go have a shower and do my hair rly nice and feel better about it for some reason. I love to write what I'm greatful for in my journal because I'm greatful to have a mum and a dad who love each other and I know they'll never break up

Allowing people to help doesn't mean you have failed, it simply means you're not in it alone.

Whenever I feel sad I put on a bright lipstick or my favorite heels , it boosts my confidence and cheers me up. When I'm anxious I listen to calming music. When I'm angry I take some time to myself and watch something funny or play with my pets.

I think it's important to recognize others emotions and feelings and to just be mindful of surroundings. And by that I mean don't blast your crappy music all the time 😂

I've always had public speaking panic. Today was my second session of volunteering (with all people who do not know, except by a friend that I took) and it is the second time that I could overcome this panic in one week. I am very happy! ☺

To stay in the momement and push out worry, I return to objects around me. Sometimes, I pick them up. Starting and focusing on a simple task also helps. Making and enjoying a cup of coffee or tea.

Trying to not be anxious. Worrying does not add anything to ur life and robs u of fulfillment. Besides, 99.9% of the time whatever u worry about never happens.

Keep yourself busy. Now don't worry, I don't mean clean your house top to bottom and run a marathon. I mean listen to some new music, create something, observe your surroundings more closely, take care of a plant, make some tea or a simple snack, just about anything that stimulates you.
