Every day I take the subway to and from work for 20 minutes. I use this as my time to close my eyes and focus on my breath and the sounds around me. Sometimes commuting is the most peaceful part of my day!

Having a mood journal has helped me tons in being mindful. Also realizing how much of an impact people have on each other. I've really tried to help others out or even smile at strangers.
