Do something nice for someone even if they don't seem to deserve it. They probably need it.

I've started trying to control my breathing whenever my anxiety hits. Deep breaths in and out. It actually helps me relax my tense body and think more logically. I'm going to try to create this into a habit.

A lot of times complimenting random people, making new friends, helping others find there way, just being nice to others helps myself

I feel so alone and left out except I have tons and tons of friends. I'm always smiling and asking people what's wrong. Truth is, I'm always the back up friend, and I hate myself more than they'll ever know

Try and think of one good thing that's going to happen today, be it "I'm seeing a friend", or "I'm going to go for a walk - find the joy and happiness in each action you take

Wake up, breathe, smile, think of positive things in your life, move on with your day

Wake up and tell yourself that you won't let the anxiety or depression win today, tell yourself that if it comes on your going to try and brush it off, stay as positive as possible, it really does help if you set your mind to it.

I have been practicing being mindful about which thoughts are actually emotions disguised as thoughts. It brings me great relief to stop emotions in their tracks...they are sneaky but I am wiser now.

Whenever I picture something bad happening due to my anxiety, it always has an awful ending, like I am scared I will die, or I, scared something bad happens, since my therapist has told me to change the bad ending to a good one whenever I get negative thoughts, I have been a lot more relaxed.

today is the best day of your life! tomorrow may not come and you can only think about yesterday. this thought keeps me grateful for what comes my way, good or bad

Happiness occurs when expectation is on par with reality. Be wary of any imbalance you may accidentally be inflicting upon yourself. And avoid questioning whether the happiness you do feel is "enough". The little things are only as little as you perceive them to be. You are in control.

The app 'headspace' is amazing to help you feel relaxed. I find it hard to fall asleep so I use this app to listen to a 10 min talk and i feel so relaxed I fall asleep so quickly.

I tell people how I'm feeling. A lot. When you identify you identify the emotion your brain starts to regulate itself. It's true. Look it up.
