Just remember: In 30 years, it won't matter what jeans you wore, what hairstyle you used or which guy you crushed, what will matter is what you learned and how you use it in the future.

No matter how bad your day was, no matter how lonely or unwanted you feel, the little doggies on the street still tug on their owners because they want to meet you so badly💕

Someone told me the other day: "whatever you're feeling, remember that everything is temporary and it will pass". Whether it's in one year or 50 years...that's good to remember.

To me depression is like a weight. I'm either gonna get stronger from it or crushed from the pressure of it

my mom told me "You only go to school to learn." I have realized she is absolutely right, not to make a billion fake friends just 1 or 2 REAL friends. Not to impress anybody. not to hear the teachers yell at you for not listening or didn't do your work- sometimes we get side tracked okay? we are all human it happens sometimes. I say this to myslef a couple times a day if it really really helps

I need to remind myself not to punish myself for my anxiety. That those feelings I get are a reminder that I'm alive. After all, we are all just humans trying our best to figure it out.

YOU matter always. Never feel like you arent important because you are someones whole world. Never hate yourself or the "bad parts" of you because those parts are what someone loves more than anything. YOU matter no matter what. Never forget that

I need to remember that anxiety is a part of who I am. I may not always like it but I should not be ashamed for it to be seen in public. Most people aren't ashamed to show of their unchangable eye color or their naturally outgoing personality, so why should I be ashamed of what makes me, well, me?

Everytime I catch myself getting angry or sad, I bring to mind small memories or details that counter the negative emotions/ feelings

I just want to make it be known that some shows can help you lean so much. I learned more about myself watching Steven Universe and Doctor Who than from ages of theropy and group support. I definitely suggest theropy and group, but you can also learn a lot from shows and books that are well written.

I'm in highschool biology and I'm learning about DNA and RNA. I had to read about RNA and the synthesis of it, transcription, etc. Just reading about these complicated processes taking place with only ONE small component of my body, it made me think about how complex and amazing we are. All these systems co-existing in our bodies. It's fascinating to think about.

I remind myself to remain aware of my surroundings during stressful situations. Knowing the cause and effect of anxiety can help rationalize the negative thoughts that take over.

Find what you love doing and do it even more. Create more creative outlets. Remember that each bad thing is only temporary, and everything will get better. Just never stop fighting

What do you think about your body? Is it nice, are you proud of it? Do you hate it, wish it could be prettier, better somehow? Now what would you think if it was someone else's body?Someone you just passed on the street. Surely you wouldn't be so judgemental, so scrutinizing. Honestly, you probably wouldn't notice it that much. And that's how it is for everyone around you. So please remember. Nobody is as critical of you as you are to yourself
