Always have something to look forward to- whether it be a movie you're watching next weekend or your favorite show coming back in 2 weeks or a vacation your taking in 2 months. Having something to look forward to helps tremendously and gives you something to think about or a goal to aim for when you feel like you have no motivation. :)

I've had my Facebook deactivated for a few weeks now and it's made an incredible difference. I'd highly recommend it especially if you struggle with anxiety and or paranoia.

I like to use adult colouring books. It helps calm me and allows me a safe place to reflect.

One of my new year's resolutions is to have 3 social media free days per week. I really feel so much more present in my life when I limit time spent mindlessly scrolling on my phone, looking for distractions.

I try to avoid looking at my phone and social media apps while doing certain activities, like while watching tv or reading, or when I'm in a new place. I try my best to stay fully present with my surroundings and find that this can help calm my anxious thoughts, too.

Yogawithadriene.com she just kicked off the new year with a yoga camp for mental health! Totally free on YouTube and comes with a calendar of affirmations. For real I have horrible anxiety and like 0 confidence and every time I spend a moment doing yoga with her I feel none of it.

Focus on little things like blades of grass and observe them until you know every detail.

A walk in the fresh air can do wonders, no matter how short. If it's too cold, I like Netflix, coloring/creativity, and music.

I try to remember that I'm part of something bigger than myself. Humanity is more connected than we think.

Getting away from all the social media stuf like Instagram, Facebook etc. had helped a great deal. Being able to sit back and not worry about how many likes or comments or whatever. It's life changing

Think about the little things that make you happy. Especially the ones you don't often notice. Like the way someone smiles or laughs or the way something smells or tastes. Just focus on the little things🙂

I keep myself busy, whether it is cleaning or doing laundry. I relax my breathing and remind myself it is okay to feel the way I do.
