I just used the thoughts feature and was able to fully calm myself down from having my heart racing over something tiny. Really proud of myself.

My father has a mindfulness bell app on his phone and it goes off (every hour or so) and he takes a 10 second pause to be mindful and aware of his surroundings. He says it helps calm him too ๐Ÿ˜Š

If I'm stressed out or I'm having an anxiety attack I will stop what I'm doing completely and just look around me. Whether I look at people or plants or just the ground.

Best free all access meditation apps? I don't yet have the money to purchase Pacifica, and I want to be able to do more than the one meditation and relax activities that are free. I need something to fill that void until I can buy Pacifica.

Guys, I wanna ask you something. How do you keep your mood stable in a day? How to prevent yourself from having mood swings? I have them a lot and I can't control nor can I see it coming one second before. I used to be a calm person with fewer mood swings, and I now need more 'stable' kind of joy, not excitement but joy u know? How tho ๐Ÿ˜” I'm 17 btw
