I was having a really down day today, I called my mum and she made me get dressed and take a walk. On the walk she asked me to name 5 things I could see, 3 things I could smell and 2 things I could feel. We then looked for 5 different berries and how the looked and what similies would describe them. I felt so much better. Mums are amazing like that.

A lot of anxiety comes from feeling that you are not in control. I am trying to train my mind to realise that there are some situations I just can't control so letting them affect me or worry me is ridiculous. I'm finding this difficult but I am hoping it will get easier x

Remember that time when you did something and you were sure that your parents will kill you? Remember that thing that happened that you thought you could never get over? Remember that person who thought you were weak and messed with you? Well look at you now: you're alive, you're happy and you're stronger than ever! xx

Sometimes, in the moment, I'm too close to everything, and it's all moving so fast. It gets stressful. So, I like to back myself up and get a new perspective. From an airplane, up in the clouds, everybody looks so small, and everything is moving slowly. Perspective makes a big difference. Try to back yourself up when you feel stressed, so you can see the whole picture from a new angle. It puts things in perspective and might make all the difference.

I walk through the park with no shoes on and take time to feel the sensation of the ground.

One thing at a time. And when I'm ruminating or worrying, noticing what emotion I'm feeling and trying to accept it instead of trying to think my way out of it

Doodle on a bit of paper with your feelings. Then rip up that paper and put it in the bin.

Everytime I felt like giving up, I just think about why I started in the first place ๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

If there's something you want, you have to take the first step and reach for it. It's always scary the first time but it's a lot better than regretting that you did not even try.

Each morning, I open my eyes and think about all the people that loves me for who I am and how I am. I remind myself about all the happy sides of people, of life and the surrounding obsticales. God sends his biggest obstacles to his greatest warriors! Remember that๐Ÿ‘ผ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ˜Š

I attempt to keep as calm as possible. That way I can stay as much in the logical mind as much as possible. This mind shows you the emotional mind and and the body mind. You are in control during these thought processes. That way you can decide what's best for you instead of feeling hopeless and not knowing where to turn.

If you tell yourself you can't do it. You never can do it. Only if you tell yourself you can do it, you can do it!

I've been doing a lot of meditation recently, and trying to really focus just on the things around me rather than what I'm feeling, just closing my eyes and listening to my breathing and the birds and cars outside. It really helps me calm down my thoughts when they're racing.

If you lack motivation, it's because u don't realize the importance of the purpose. So, remind urself the reason why u started. Remind urself how much u want it. Or else.... It's really hard to continue.
