I think about what I want to do but I'm scared to do. I try to do one thing outside my comfort zone every day. I feel really positive and happy afterwards.

I make sure every morning that i pray to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This helps me to remember that i am not alone. During the day when i start to feel anxious and overwhelmed, ibremind myself that God is with me and will not let me fall on my face. I just need to have the faith that He will catch me. It helps because i am able to do something i would not normally do because i kno Jesus is waiting to catch me should i fall. Ge rewards the effert, and does not require perfection!!

I remember when I have really bad days especially health wise and not alot of people knew.Thinking about that reminds me that you should always try be kind to people because you never know whats going on in their life- good or bad.

Sometimes I have huge deep thoughts about my purpose in life, humanity's purpose, not only why there is earth but why there is anything at all. When I let my mind wander it helps me stay educated and imaginative. This thoughtfulness benefits in academics and everyday life.

By finding ways to occupy my mind-space, like organising, tidying or working. It also helps to listen to, I find, quite a few songs a day (30+ for me) but for other's, could be around 5-8 :)

I honestly wish I could be mindful, but ADD is causing me to just daze out every second. Half the time I forget who I am and where I am. It's like being trapped in a haze.
