I've been sitting in my car for 3 hours now telling myself in going to go home and get something productive done, beating myself up doe being lazy/unmotivated. Then I opened this app that I just downloaded yesterday, did the exercises and feel much more positive and less self critical. Turnint on my car to go home now :)

I never know what to say in this discussion, but I have an inkling it's about self-love. It's extremely hard for so many of us, but it isn't in fact healthy to be modest or to act like you hate yourself or to constantly feel negative. We are here for a reason. We all have a purpose. Life is what we call a journey to find that purpose.

Remember how far you have come, not just how far you have to go. You might not be where you want to be, but nor where you use to.

I am starting to learn how to be mindful by focusing on my breathing when I get anxiety or anxious. I try and not over think things like people judging me. I do my best to turn my own negative things I say into positives and other people that are negative I try and not focus on it and say positive things to them. I also try not to get into a long conversation with others that are negative, and just focus my on my breathing and just remain calm with a peaceful mind. M 💖I

Drinking countless cups of my favourite tea, reading my book everyday and most importantly writing. Writing has truly helped me stay in tune with my mind. Just keeping a journal about what happened each day, listening thoughts and emotions has helped me become mindful and at peace.

When I feel myself becoming anxious, I make a conscious decision to notice the dimples and baby fat on my children's faces. These are so precious and may not be there tomorrow.

“No matter how good you are, someone is always going to be against you. But never let them be the limit of your success.” Just keep on doing what you doing ,what ever makes you happy ,doesn't matter what people say or think, remember that and believe in your self ,that's important if you can do that , then no one can broke you! Believe in your self Like always keep pushing

I do yoga, read a chapter of the Tao, and draw a tarot card of the day. I write about it in my journal, and make the chapter and card my phone backgrounds.

I am trying to change my thinking when I have negative thoughts. I am in college and stuff kept on happening that pushed my graduation date. I am trying to stay mindful of those feelings.
