When something brings me joy I try to make note of it. For instance, I just put on clothes fresh out of the dryer. I love that feeling.

I try not to hold onto things. Just let it go. And I try to encourage others to do the same. Life is too short to fight every battle

Stop worrying about what others think and what they're doing. Focus on yourself only, keep out of drama even your own and live free spirit and stress free like me! ✌🏼️❤️🐧

What helps me when I'm upset or anxious is to write poetry or anything in general. the most important thing in my writing is the end result must be happier than where it started. for instance, I'll write about a common problem I'm having and make it turn out okay in the end. it helps me realize there's solutions.

I stay mindful by putting myself in other people's shoes when it comes to situations where I am annoyed or frustrated. I feel as if understanding and remained mindful go hand in hand

I meditate. It helps me to forget every worry that I have and just think about relaxing. I use the app 'Stop, Breathe and Think'. It has meditations for different feelings and different times of day.

I pray, talk to God about what is going on in my mind and heart. And I pray that He will open my eyes and ears to the voice of the Holy Spirit

I remember all I've learned by reading Don Miguel Ruiz The Four Agreements and the Voice of Knowledge! Don't take anything personally, Don't make Assumtions, be impeccable with your word, and always do your best!!
