I try to eat well and run for at least 20 minutes each day, when i run i feel like im releasing this pressure valve, and i feel so much better when im done.

I allow myself to cry for a bit or focus on my breathing and heartbeat to remind me I am alive, strong and well.

I try and put my focus on others and remember how I am only one person in a giant world. I try and ground myself by putting others before me.

I use my breathing and try to be present on what's around me by pointing out things in my surrounding like people's shoes, objects on the wall, or the number of the bus I'm riding.
