Leaning how to do meditation has really benefited me a great deal allowing my whole body to relax and to stay calm ... and of coarse focused and alert the whole time!

I took a bath and got to get away from my nephew for a while eventhough he was yelling,screaming and crying almost the whole time but I got to shut out the world and take time just for me for 30 minutes.I got to be in a really calm and serene place in both my mind and body.

I have good days and bad days . I somehow let other people control that. Tomorrow might be a bad day but I’m happy right now so that’s what I’m thinking about .

I stay mindful each day by remembering how important the present is , not to dwell on the past or even wonder what the future holds... simply focusing on the here and now gets me through the days and nights, good times and not so good times! I try to stay positive and refocus my energy on the good things in life , no matter how big or small they might be!
