I’ve discovered a great way to quickly strip off all thought interferences and get into a mindful state right away. Embrace humility again every time you feel like you’re barely hanging on. I know. It sounds like a moral judgement. But it’s not- and it really works for me.

I am was gifted to be able to take really great pictures of the beautiful sky,taking pics of my nephew to have memories during cute and special times,taking pics of great food,myself on how great I look and how confident I have become in myself and how I am not self conscious about my body and self image anymore,cute moments of my pets and sister's pets too.

I got robbed again. They cleaned out my car for the 2nd time since summer. Idk why my life is centered around bad luck, but I’m trying to be mindful of it. This really just broke my spirit
