Going to bed when I am tired at night and going for walks at least most of the time even if I do not feel like it or do not have the energy to go for a walk especially when bored.Starting to wash my face now at least once a day makes me feel so much better and my face feels refreshed and so much cleaner and softer after I wash it.

I finally made myself get out of bed earlier this morning and took a shower. I definitely didn't want to but it helped so much.

Eat breakfast. Otherwise my anxiety gets worse and worse. Keeping my belly full and preferably with good food helps me keep my anxiety in check.

I feel like epic butt. Idk if it’s just that time of the month or if I’m sick on top of it, but my sleep has been spotty and my stomach and head hasn’t been happy.

Sleep w/red nightlight. Blue/white makes you calm but awake, red is actually the best other than no light at all. Helps your circadian rhythm.

I read "All For Jesus". I would always have a quote, prayer, inside the book for me.

I am going to get my results back from my endoscopy procedure and I am so worried that they won't find anything and I will be stuck with this pain. I want to feel good again.
