For me it’s reading before falling asleep. Focuses the mind and frees the heart to escape to someplace else. Infinitely better than being screamed at by a television set.

Going to bed when I am tired at night and going for walks at least most of the time even if I do not feel like it or do not have the energy to go for a walk especially when bored.Starting to wash my face now at least once a day makes me feel so much better and my face feels refreshed and so much cleaner and softer after I wash it.

I finally made myself get out of bed earlier this morning and took a shower. I definitely didn't want to but it helped so much.

I eat breakfast almost everyday even if I have to make myself if I do not want the cereal that my sister has to have something to eat to start off the day not going hungry.

In last 5 months! I’ve gained a lot of weight. I’ve been studying for my mcat! Now that mcat is over and I have some free time. I wanna start eating healthy and exercising. Please motivate me guys. I’m over 60 kgs. And I’m just 18 years old. I need to get back in shape.

Has anyone dealt with pains in their chest that come and go? Every since they upped my dosage I have been getting these pains that come and go in the middle of my chest and they are starting to get stronger.

Eat breakfast. Otherwise my anxiety gets worse and worse. Keeping my belly full and preferably with good food helps me keep my anxiety in check.

Sleep w/red nightlight. Blue/white makes you calm but awake, red is actually the best other than no light at all. Helps your circadian rhythm.

I am going to get my results back from my endoscopy procedure and I am so worried that they won't find anything and I will be stuck with this pain. I want to feel good again.
