I'm grateful for my Mom, who's probably the most supportive person I know. I don't know where I'd be without her.

I’m grateful to just work from home today. Watch a couple good movies, have a pumpkin apple candle going, and read a bit. Giving myself a lot of self love after a bit of a rough week! Thanks to you all for sticking by my side. Much appreciated!

I’m grateful to be alive today. I have had a very pleasant day and although I made a few mistakes, I can’t let that weigh me down and ruin my mood. You have to learn and grow from you’re mistakes and know you may make them again but you will continue to learn and do better in the future. I am grateful for my health journey, as I can see my progress and my mindfulness is improving day by day. I hope tomorrow is just as good.

I am grateful that every day, every minute even, there is the chance to start again. I am grateful that, although I can’t control everything that happens in life, I can control how I react to everything. I am grateful that I am responsible for my own life and my own destiny.

I’m grateful for my boyfriend for making me feel so loved every day. He may not totally understand what depression is like but every time he says “your feelings are valid” I know he’s doing his best!
