A few days ago I donated blood to American Red Cross and I found out that with my donated blood I saved 6 peoples' lives. I feel really proud of myself and I think this method can help other people feel better about themselves.

Last night I recognized my depression was coming back. Before my mind would let me hide it I told my mom and gave her anything remotely sharp that I have. I'm so grateful to have someone in my life that I can count on when I need help.

Thank you to everyone on this app. ❤️ It's hard to find such a sweet group of people that can say, 'I understand,' instead of, 'Get over it.' I've heard the latter way too much in my life.

I told my two best friends yesterday about the abuse I suffered as a child. It was the hardest thing I've ever had to do and I'm still on an adrenaline rush from it. They were so incredibly supportive and I'm so lucky to have them in my life. 💕
